Home of the Freemasons in Southend

Albert Lucking Lodge 2717

Our lodge was formed in 1898 having been named after a very distinguished Masonic brother at that time, namely Albert Lucking. Being one of the oldest lodges in Southend we have a history of over 100 years and which spans all of the 20th century. We are justly proud of our history and today still maintain a very healthy, strong and vibrant lodge.

We meet 5 times per year during the 3rd Saturday’s in October, November, January, February & March.

For a more detailed explanation of our lodge please go to our own website where you will find: More in-depth history; Details of current and past meetings; Charity achievements; How to become a freemason & much, much more…
